Exceptional Education at the Heart of the Community

Principal's Welcome

Welcome to Oasis Academy Ryelands.

It is a privilege to welcome you to our website and give you a flavour of our inclusive school.

I feel extremely proud to be the Principal of this rapidly improving school which is now Ofsted rated Good with Outstanding features for leadership and management and personal development and behaviour. Our academy is a caring, thriving place which truly lives up to our I CARE Vision of Inclusion, Community, Aspiration, Resilience and Enjoyment.

We are at the heart of our community and care about the provision we offer all our pupils. From Nursery to Year 6, each child has the benefit of staff dedicated to encouraging them along the journey of learning and discovery, within the security of a caring atmosphere where all staff in partnership with parents and carers work together. Our link with parents and carers is fundamental. We hope that you enjoy your visit to our website where we have tried to include as much information as possible. If there is any information that you are unable to find or you would like to visit the Academy please contact the Academy Office directly on 0208 656 4165 or email office@oasisryelands.org.

Oasis Academy Ryelands is a happy, calm and friendly community school where the success of every child really matters.

Thank you for visiting our website and we look forward to welcoming you soon.

Principal

Welcome from our Head Pupils

Hello, I am Head Boy at Oasis Academy Ryelands and would like to share why everyone enjoys learning here. Entering a school you are not familiar with can be daunting to some children, but at Ryelands, staff and pupils alike will make you feel really comfortable as if were a big family; we’ll play together, learn together and have fun together. The lessons here are really interesting and I think you would enjoy them. The teachers here are kind and really care for your well being, so feel free to come to them if you are worried about something. In this school, every single student is encouraged to challenge themselves so they can achieve their wonderful dreams.Jermaine, Head Boy

My name is Sarai and I am Head Girl here at Oasis Ryelands. Here we believe that we are one big family, and everyone is always included. We use the 9-habits, which are forgiving, joyful, compassionate, considerate, honest, humble, patient, self-controlled and helpful. These make sure that we are in control of our actions and always kind to each other. Our teachers are kind, helpful and always listen to what you say. In class we listen to everyone’s ideas and accept everyone as they are. There are many opportunities for children here and that is why we all love Ryelands. - Sarai, Head Girl
