Principal's Welcome

Welcome to Oasis Academy Ryelands

It is a privilege to welcome you to our website and give you a flavour of our inclusive school.

We feel extremely proud to be the Executive Principal and Head of School at this rapidly improving school which is now Ofsted rated Good with Outstanding features for leadership and management and personal development and behaviour. Our academy is a caring, thriving place which truly lives up to our I CARE Vision of Inclusion, Community, Aspiration, Resilience and Enjoyment.

We are at the heart of our community and care about the provision we offer all our pupils. From Nursery to Year 6, each child has the benefit of staff dedicated to encouraging them along the journey of learning and discovery, within the security of a caring atmosphere where all staff in partnership with parents and carers work together. Our link with parents and carers is fundamental. We hope that you enjoy your visit to our website where we have tried to include as much information as possible. If there is any information that you are unable to find or you would like to visit the Academy please contact the Academy Office directly on 0208 656 4165 or email office@oasisryelands.org.

Welcome from our Head Pupils

Hello, my name is Nana. I am Head Boy at Oasis Academy Ryelands and I would like your child to come to this amazing school. In this school we treat every child equally and with a lot of love. The teachers here will try to push you to be your very best and make learning fun for you, but the reason why this school is so great, is because of all the amazing staff members. They are so kind and lovely and when you come to the school, they will make you feel like you have been in this school since nursery, even if you haven't. Although we care about learning, we also care a lot about your wellbeing. The staff resolve issues quickly and effectively. We look forward to welcoming you to our school! - Nana, Head Boy

Hello, my name is Evie. I am Head Girl here at Oasis Academy Ryelands and I think we have lots to offer. There are many things I could say about this school. It is very good, having a wide range of subjects with many teachers to teach them. The school has many roles to apply for, such as Wellbeing Champion, Academy MP, (Member of Parliament) and of course, Mini SLT (Student Leadership Team). Any issues that occur are dealt with quickly and effectively. Here at Ryelands there is so much to learn, and I think all this learning goes a long way.
I love this school so much and think it is the perfect place to learn and grow as a person. We have many adults in the building that help give students the attention they need to help them. This includes a sensory room; pastoral and academic interventions; and school led tutoring is also available here. At Ryelands we go on many different trips during our time here. This especially applies to when children get to Year 6 because we go on many fun and educational trips and also participate in many enjoyable activities. I hope that many future pupils have the same fun experiences with our lovely teachers that I have and had. - Evie, Head Girl
