Friends of Ryelands

We are a group of parents, grandparents, carers and teachers, who work together for the benefit of the children of Oasis Academy Ryelands. Everybody with a child at Oasis Academy Ryelands automatically becomes a member of FOR.

We organise and run fundraising and social activities for the school like fairs, discos and quizzes.  The money raised goes back into the school for equipment, books, outdoor table tennis tables etc.

We are a registered charity with an elected committee. We have regular meetings and hold an Annual General Meeting in September.

FOR is a key part of life in the Academy, providing a link between parents and the school. Every year FOR organises and runs events to generate funds. All they need to carry on this good work is you!

We are currently raising money to run a mental well-being programme for the children.
