Butterfly Local Area Walk
The children in Butterfly went out to look around the local area.

On Thursday, as part of our topic Places Near And Far Away, Butterfly went on a hunt for different buildings around the local area. We worked in pairs to find different buildings and places on our tick list. We found shops, the swimming baths, Tesco Express, rows of terraced houses and even the Country Park. When we got back, we planned how we would make models of the places we had seen. Since then, we have been busy making 3D models of Tesco, the swimming baths and even a row of 5 terraced houses! It has been great fun. |
