Year 5 and 6 learn with Lives Not Knives.
Year 5 and Year 6 have been doing some learning with Lives Not Knives. This has been to raise awareness of the dangers of knife crime and the legal rights that children have when it comes to Stop And Search. The children have really engaged with this learning and are now fully aware of the dangers and consequences of carrying a knife. They learnt that criminal law generally not only holds offenders liable for their own actions but, under the doctrine of joint enterprise, a person may be found guilty for another person’s crime.
