On Thursday, 25th May, a group of Year 6 children visited Selhurst Park football stadium as part of the reading programme delivered by our Palace For Life Foundation Sports Coach.
On Thursday, 25th May, a group of Year 6 children visited Selhurst Park football stadium as part of the reading programme delivered by our Palace For Life Foundation Sports Coach.
The children had a workshop with the author Alex Bellos and then went on a tour of the Crystal Palace stadium. Each of the children on the programme also received a copy of Alex Bellos’ quiz book to take home with them.
Thank you to Miss Wallace and Mrs Turner who accompanied the children on the trip. They were both impressed with the children’s exemplary behaviour and were extremely proud to be with the Ryelands children.
